Open Level Vinyasa is a combination of vinyasa flow and hatha yoga perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Many options given to continue to challenge yourself or to take it back a little. It is a practice which joins the connection of breath and movement. We move through sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing and more.
Power Flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
